Stay of more than one week
An unforgettable stay in an exceptional setting! From the moment we saw the listing, we were captivated by the photos and the promise of a breathtaking view… But in reality, it was even better! The apartment is simply magnificent: the tasteful decor, the high-quality amenities, the ideal location, and above all, the breathtaking ocean view. Every sunset from the terrace is a true spectacle. Everything is designed for comfort, and local shops are within walking distance. As for exploring, the region has no shortage of treasures to discover! We had an absolutely perfect stay and can't wait to return! A huge thank you to Élodie for her warm welcome, her availability, and her kindness!

I highly recommend it!! In addition to its strategic and ideal location, the accommodation is easily accessible, tastefully decorated, and very clean! Furthermore, it is perfectly equipped, with amenities worthy of a hotel, but also all the comforts of home. Elodie was very responsive and attentive to our needs.

Is cleaning included, as well as bed linen and towels?
Yes, all our accommodations are cleaned between each rental to ensure consistent quality. However, we ask that the accommodations be left clean and tidy (dishwasher emptied, dishes put away, trash taken out). We also provide bed linen and towels for the number of people indicated on the booking, as well as a dish towel and bath mat. We ask that the bed linen be removed and gathered in the bathroom.

Do you accept pets?
We accept small, well-behaved, and clean dogs. We ask that the accommodation be left in perfect condition (vacuuming any dog hair) and that the dog not be left alone.

Is there a parking lot?
Private, covered parking is available for Biscarrosse and Peniscola. For Périgueux, being in the historic city center on a pedestrian street, you will find free parking a 5-minute walk away or paid parking (€6.80/24h) a 2-minute walk away.

What are the arrival and departure times?
Peniscola: Meet the concierge on-site between 3 pm and 5 pm, and check out at 10 am. Perigueux: Check in via key box from 4 pm and check out before 11 am. Biscarrosse: Check in from 5 pm by calling us (remote access), then check out before 10 am (keys to be left in the mailbox).

Are the accommodations suitable for people with reduced mobility?
Unfortunately, our accommodations are not suitable. Each of our apartments has two or even three floors without an elevator.

What type of coffee maker do you offer? Are toilet paper or soap provided?
We have Nespresso machines in each of our accommodations, as well as filter coffee makers. We provide a roll of toilet paper and soap while you go shopping.
